Special Order Products

We manufacture products with a variety of custom sizes, materials and finishes, printing and decorating, and private labeling.

Adhesive sleeves are available with Safety-sleeve pages, tamper-resistant openings, multi-disc options, and direct printing. Adhesive backed sleeves are produced using a high tack acrylic adhesive and feature an easy to use peel-and-stick liner, and are available in 80mm and business card sizes.

Spot or full-color graphics can be printed in-house using Digital, Flexo, Litho or screen printing formats. Combining your contents with our high quality printing ability will produce a highly interactive package with a lasting impression.

Debossing, or pushing the image below the level of the sleeve, results in a special effect that accents the sleeves. This is a great way to add a company logo or personalize a sleeve at a low cost.

Materials such as polypropylene, biodegradable Polypropylene, PLA (polylactic acid plant based material) and materials using recycled content are also available. Multiple finishes, color options, and thicknesses are available in our most of our films.

Many products can be constructed with additional pockets for graphics or discs. In most cases, products shown with graphic pockets can also be manufactured without graphic pockets.

Options include 3.13″ standard hole spacing used with UniKeep wallets and A4 UniKeep and 2-ring vinyl binders.

Our 4.25″ hole spacing fits standard 3-ring UniKeep and vinyl binders.
