At Univenture, our goal is to provide the best packaging and storage for your valuable discs. If you don\u2019t see the products that you need, or if you have questions regarding any of our products or your existing orders, our customer service representatives will be happy to help.<\/p>\n

Making a purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n

Browse through our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on \u201cOrder,\u201d and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. We CANNOT accept cash or COD orders online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover card. Browse our online catalog to view product information. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time.<\/p>\n

Shipping & Return Policies<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

IMPORTANT NOTICE<\/em><\/strong>
\nIf you\u2019re shipping the binders to another location, and have printed material and\/or discs included, do not place your contents in the rings. The product can be subjected to extreme abuse in some shipping environments and the rings in both Standard and Univenture binders may stress under specific conditions and break. We suggest that you place the contents loose in the binder (do not load the rings) and\/or shrink wrap the binder and contents together as a package for shipment. Please call for any additional recommendations on other packing material the will assist in protecting your product in shipment.<\/p>\n

Shipping and Handling<\/strong>
\nUniventure uses many methods for shipping. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge.
\nWe can ship to any country, world-wide. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.<\/p>\n

Delivery Schedule<\/strong>
\nFor standard delivery, please allow up to 2 weeks for standard in-stock orders to be processed and delivered. Most orders ship within three business days. Next day and second day service does not guarantee that the order will be delivered next day or second day, only that the order will be shipped via this method. Orders requesting expedited service that are received before 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Time are typically shipped the same day. We reserve the right to substitute carriers as required.<\/p>\n

Back Orders<\/strong>
\nIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.<\/p>\n

Tax Charges<\/strong>
\nOrders shipped to the state of Ohio are subject to state sales tax. All taxes and other charges imposed by federal, state or foreign governments on the manufacture, sale, shipment, import, export or use of the goods, or services (other than income taxes) shall be paid by the buyer. The buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Univenture from and against all liabilities for such taxes or charges and attorney\u2019s fees or costs incurred by Univenture in connection therewith.<\/p>\n

Credit Card Security<\/strong>
\nAll credit card transactions are encrypted in the software when the order is placed by Authorize.net using 128 bit encryption. Univenture never has access to your full credit card information and the information is never stored on our website.<\/p>\n

Online Return Policy<\/strong>
\nUniventure offers a 30-day return policy for all online orders. This does not include custom orders or items noted as closeouts. Items may be returned at customer\u2019s expense and will only be accepted if product is received in original condition. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at 937.645.4600 and speak with a customer service representative within the 30- day period for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number issued by Univenture Please inspect your order upon arrival. We are unable to accept returns after the 30-day period has expired. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Consult your customer service representative when you call in for your RMA number. You can also refer to the warranty information listed below.<\/p>\n

Product Return Process<\/strong>
\nPlease contact customer service at: cu*************<\/span>@********<\/span>re.com<\/span>, toll free: 937.645.4600 to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). For most efficient returns, please re-package the products carefully and securely in the original packing materials. Make a copy of the packing list included with the shipment. Retain the original packing list for your records. Include the RMA # on the packing list copy and place it in the shipping box. Make sure that the RMA number is clearly legible and that previous address labels are removed or covered. For your protection, Univenture recommends that you return all products using a traceable or insured shipping method (i.e.: UPS or FedEx), as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.<\/p>\n

Once the product is received in-house, and quality inspected, credit (less a 15% re-stocking fee) will be applied to the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, PayPal, or net 30 terms)<\/p>\n

\nUniventure does not disclose buyers\u2019 information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the \u2018Remember Me\u2019 Option.
