| Badge paper is made from 100% post consumer reclaimed materials, is process chlorine free and is manufactured by an FSC certified manufacturer using 100% green electricity and carbon neutral manufacturing. Wire pins are 100% recyclable and allow significantly reduced materials as opposed to typical lanyards. Name badge holders are made from EarthFirst® PLA film made from Ingeo™ polymer. It is certified compostable by the ASTM D6400 standard at industrial facilities. Packaging for this kit is reduced from industry standards by as much as 85% as measured by weight. It is made from compostable and recyclable polypropylene. Inks used on both the product and packaging have no heavy metals, reduced VOC (volatile organic compounds) emissions, allow fewer emissions of solvents and air pollutants, and use less energy for the ink drying process as well as the workspace cooling system. |
