Clear Envelopes

EnvyPak™ envelopes and mailers are available in all standard sizes with peel and stick adhesive closures and perforations for convenient opening. They are also 100% USPS approved to be mailed as a flat parcel or package. The best way to mail them would be to have a postage permit printed on the enclosed document or cancelable postage affixed to the outside of each translucent envelope. It may be best to choose envelopes with a permanent seal if you are planning to mail them, while re-sealable closures are usually best for storage and re-usable packaging applications.

Because we manufacture and print all of our crystal clear envelopes at the same facility we have the flexibility of creating custom size envelopes that will fit virtually any customer need. Full color flexographic printing in up to seven colors is available to private label your company’s direct mail pieces or give you the opportunity to create a mailing that is completely unique and easily remembered. Laser Printable Mailers

When using laser-printable mailers, especially disc mailers, we have found that it is best to request hand cancellation for the best results. It is always best to check with your local Post Office for specific details about what they might require for bulk mailings and postage pricing.

Binder & Wallet Mailers

The UniKeep™ Binder mailer is made of corrugated cardboard. It holds one 1" UniKeep binder or two 0.5" UniKeep binders. The Binder Mailer meets all USPS requirements. It can also be printed to accommodate your instructions, part number or logo.
