Ross Youngs

Ross O. Youngs - Founder, CEO & Inventor

Ross has established himself as a successful and diversified serial entrepreneur in the fields of consumer products, plastics, technology and biotechnology. He founded Univenture in 1988 after nearly 10 years working in technology focused businesses. Ross studied Environmental Science at Florida Institute of Technology, and Industrial Engineering at Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis. His first company (Univenture) was a bootstrapped start-up in which he was the only full time employee for the first 18 months, and went on to be recognized five times on the Inc Magazines Inc. 500 List of Fastest Growing US Companies. Ross is listed inventor of multiple consumer products (converted & injection molder plastics), processing technology and biotechnology patents in the US and around the world. Ross aspires to continue to work with a great team and build great companies that investors, team members and outsiders respect.

Michele Cole

Michele Cole - President

Michele joined Univenture in 1992 bring 12 years of manufacturing Quality Process expertise as senior quality Lab Analyst at W.R. Grace/Cryovac and Quality Assurance Manager RCA Selectivision/Video Disc production facility both in Indianapolis, Indiana. Studied at Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis Architectural Engineering & continuing at Ohio State University. After four years helping Univenture start-up Michele accepted the position of VP of Sales and Marketing. Five years later Michele turned to Operations to further develop production capabilities. Michele's packaging contribution spans a wide range of industries including disc replication, software, entertainment, government and educational related to digital media. Promoted to President in the fall of 2003.

Larry George

Larry George - Chief Financial Officer

Larry directs financial and accounting operations for all international and domestic business units as well as human resources and legal departments. His expertise has provided leadership through Univenture's growth as an industry leader in multiple global markets. Larry joined Univenture in 1995 after previous management positions at The Limited, Inc., Corham, Inc., and Texas Instruments, Inc. Larry has passed the CPA and CMA examinations and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.


Mike Rader

Mike Rader - Director of Information Technology and E-Commerce

Mike joined Univenture in April of 2000 and manages IT and all aspects of Univenture's sales. He previously worked at Nifco USA (also known as ITW-Nifco) as an Automotive Design Engineer and IT Director. Mike earned his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University and his MBA from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.


Jim Geers

Jim Geers - Director of Business Development for PackZen a Univenture Company

As Director of Business Development, Jim is responsible for leading the sales efforts for PackZen’s line of vinyl three ring binders, flexible plastic pouches and pockets, and film plastics CD / DVD packaging products. Jim has worked as a sales representative and Director of Sales during his 12 years with Univenture and has accumulated over 20 years of experience working with PVC and polypropylene based products. Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.


Justin Goodwillie

Justin Goodwillie - General Manager - Safety-sleeve™ and PackZen

Justin joined Univenture in 1999 as an associate in the Materials Resource Group. While attending DeVry Institiute of Technology’s Electrical Engineering program he transferred to the Engineering department assembling Univenture’s U-1000 automated disc packaging machines. In 2001, he changed his field of study to Electro-mechanical Engineering and was promoted to Lead Field Technician and later Field Engineer. This position would take Justin across the country and overseas, where he eventually would set up the first and U-1000 equipment operating in China. From 2008 to 2011 Justin took on the role of Engineering Manager, managing all of Univenture’s internal and external maintenance and technical support, as well as two government backed projects for Algaeventure Systems. In January of 2012 Justin assumed General Manager responsibilities, for Univenture operations, Engineering, equipment and building maintenance, machine tooling, fire and security systems, and general manufacturing. Justin’s duties also require direct involvement with all other aspects of business management including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Scheduling & Quoting, E-commerce, and support and interaction with other managers.

Bob Boyer

Bob Boyer - General Manager Molding

Bob joined Univenture in 1992. During his time at Univenture Bob has managed areas of shipping and receiving, purchasing, quoting and manufacturing. Bob is currently General Manager of the molding operations. Experienced as a senior level manufacturing manager developing and implementing strategies to lead teams to corporate quality and profit. Bob works to select the best way to meet production quotas, monitor product standards and product improvement. Working closely with purchasing to insure inventory levels are maintained to meet customer requirements. Bob has a strong track record that demonstrates positions of increasing responsibility and accomplishment. Bob studied at Cornell University and Ohio State University.


Bud Zuch

Bernard "Bud" Zuch - General Manager for EnvyPak and Alaritech

Bud joined Univenture in 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of EnvyPak and in-house printing (flexo, screen and digital). Prior to this, Bud received extensive experience in commercial printing, folding carton packaging, contract packaging and Quality Assurance working with such high profile customers as 3M, Eastman Kodak and Procter & Gamble. During his career, he has become a certified trainer, a certified Quality Manager and has guided multiple facilities through ISO certification. Bud received his Bachelor of Science degree in Print Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.


Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien - Controller/Logistics Manager

As the Controller/Logistics Manager, Tim O’Brien has a dual responsibility for managing the Accounting and Shipping & Receiving functions of Shared Services, including the fiscal responsibility for government funded projects. Tim came to Univenture in 2007 with 17 years of consistent progression and accomplishments in all aspects of accounting. Tim has extensive experience working in manufacturing environments. He has a clear understanding of the importance of Administration’s & Logistic’s role of supporting both internal and external customers. He has a track record of improving efficiencies by identifying and implementing solutions to maximize system capacities and company resources. Tim received his B.A. degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.


Rob Brammer

Rob Brammer - Outsource and Purchasing Manager

Rob joined Univenture in the fall of 1999 as a buyer. His position at the time was to purchase raw materials, MRO supplies, packaging and other outsourced products. In the fall of 2007 Rob was promoted to Purchasing Manger coordinating all aspects of the purchasing department responsibilities. Rob has extensive experience working with suppliers of product components used in the disc packaging business manufactured globally. As a valued professional Rob is an expert in material management and price negotiations. His aim is to buy quality products at the best possible price.
